We have implemented a number of measures to ensure our facilities remain safe should direct contact with our office be absolutely necessary. In all other cases, we ask our clients and colleagues to substitute face to face meetings with telephone calls, emails or arrange for video conferences.

We can help you with your separation and/ or divorce, including custody, access and support issues and the division of matrimonial property. We can also prepare domestic contracts such as cohabitation, marriage or separation agreements.
We are proud to offer free* Notary and Commissioning services to residents of Muskoka, Parry Sound and Haliburton. Appointments are required.
*Subject to a maximum of 10 pages and/or 15 minutes spent with a service provider. Wylaw reserves the right to charge for services rendered should the documents exceed 10 pages, or should the service provider be required to spend more than 15 minutes with the client. Please ensure to bring two pieces of photo identification with you. Should you need legal advice you will be required to schedule an appointment with one of the lawyers which will be charged on an hourly basis.
